I never expected to find Italian cuisine in Akita, so it was a delightful surprise. During my visit, I was the only customer, which felt a bit awkward, but the friendly welcome quickly made me feel comfortable. Every dish was impressive, especially the spicy sansai (mountain vegetable) that I had never tasted before and the edamame risotto, both of which were unforgettable.
