GINZA, the premium brand of the Ushigoro group, for the first time in a while.It's just a 3-minute walk from Ginza Station, located at 7-7-7 Ginza, so just head towards Ginza 7.The exterior has a sign in front of the elevator, making it a bit hard to spot from the outside, so it's best to check a map before going. The restaurant is on the 6th floor, accessible by elevator.The interior features a chic design with a luxurious feel, primarily in black and brown. As expected from a top-tier brand, the ambiance is impressive.The restaurant has fully private rooms, with 11 rooms available, each staffed by a dedicated grill chef, allowing you to enjoy delicious yakiniku while conversing with your companions.The Ushigoro group operates various locations across the Kanto region, each with different price ranges and concepts. USHIGORO S offers a course that combines high-quality ingredients with both yakiniku and creative dishes.During my visit on August 31, I was lucky to enjoy the summer course just before it ended.
