When I lived in Nagoya, I thought Yokohama was too far, and even after moving to Tokyo, I kept thinking, "Yokohama is surprisingly far..." Before I knew it, it became a reservation-only restaurant! Wait, when did that happen?! (ﾟДﾟ) Haha After all that, I finally got to visit my long-awaited spot! ♡ First, we toasted with a pre-meal drink of "Jikon"! The pre-meal drink was already extravagant! "Natsuginnan" With a fluffy texture and a slight bitterness, it pairs perfectly with the drink from the start. I really love ginkgo nuts during this season! "Peach with White Miso" Then came the sweetness! The sweetness of the peach and the creaminess of the white miso surprisingly matched well, and I love this kind of combination! ♡ "Kozaka Chicken Liver" This was truly delicious... I feel like I won’t be able to eat liver anywhere else again. It was topped with plenty of snow salt. With a creamy texture, the unique taste of liver was hardly noticeable, and the umami was strong! As a liver lover, this really hit the spot ( *´艸｀) Moreover, I was so happy to see "liver" appear again! We even had "Liver Pâté" served, is today a liver festival?! (*>ω
