I visited this restaurant, which was previously by invitation only, now open to the public. I opted for the JPY 33,000 omakase. While the ingredients didn’t seem particularly expensive, it was clear from the very first dish that the chef puts a lot of effort and care into their work. However, due to the nature of being an invitation-only establishment, I felt it was difficult to form my own evaluation.
