I heard from people in Miyazaki that there isn’t much of a sushi culture there, despite it being a tourist spot. However, I received recommendations from several food enthusiasts in Tokyo, and I’m so glad I went! If you have a discerning palate, I highly recommend visiting this place. Interestingly, the person next to me was also from Tokyo. The only downside? The chef has a rather intimidating face!
