Maison located at the top of a cobblestone slope leading to Mount Hakodate.From the top of the slope, you can overlook the city and even see the streetcars running.At night, the view must be stunning.The lunch course priced at JPY 8800 includes an amuse-bouche, two fish dishes, and a hearty meat dish.Each plate is wonderfully enjoyable, showcasing Hokkaido's vegetables and fresh seafood.The unexpected combinations of bold ingredients like squid ink, prosciutto, and garam masala are delightful. I definitely want to return for dinner next time.
