From Fukui to Kanazawa, then to Minami-Izu, and finally to Ito City.After having fun in Minami-Izu, I made a reservation and headed to Ichi Unagi! They serve only unagi rice bowls!■ Unagi Rice Bowl: JPY 8,800* Includes liver soup and pickles.The skin was crispy and fragrant, while the meat was incredibly fluffy! The unagi itself was delicious.However, personally, I would have liked a bit more sauce.As for the liver soup, well, it wasn't really to my taste.That said, it was definitely worth the trip from Minami-Izu to Ito just to eat here! It was a great meal! (•́✧•̀)
