On the first day of this year's Obon holiday, I had lunch at Awajishima Nobu with some fun friends. We started with Sea Bream and Suzuki, and once again enjoyed a variety of delicious dishes. Above all, the enjoyable conversations with the chef were a highlight. Sharing good food and laughter with everyone is truly wonderful. Since it's on Awaji Island, it's not exactly a quick trip, but this place definitely makes you feel it's worth the journey! Even from afar, I find myself wanting to come back again. It's a beloved restaurant I want to visit at least once a year. It was a great meal! (•́✧•̀)
