【Overall Impression】 This was my second visit. While the initial shock and excitement have settled, the quality of the dishes served remains nothing short of spectacular. It was a wonderful experience that reaffirmed the consistent deliciousness of the food. However, I must admit that I felt the pricing was a bit on the higher side in relation to the overall satisfaction. 【About the Dishes】 The courses were served at a good pace throughout the meal. What stood out to me this time was the dish featuring "Hokkigai" (surf clam). It was prepared to maximize the quality of the ingredients, making it the highlight of the day. Additionally, the "Chorizo," which is synonymous with CHIUnE, maintained its overwhelming presence, and I was thoroughly satisfied with its quality that did not disappoint. 【Service and Atmosphere】 The only downside was that, due to the seating arrangement, it was a bit difficult to hear the chef's explanations of the dishes. However, the sommelier's wine descriptions were very clear and pleasant, allowing me to fully enjoy the charm of the pairings. The smooth coordination among the staff contributed to a consistently seamless flow of the course, which left a positive impression.
