Entering the restaurant feels like stepping into a rich Japanese forest, with a charming ambiance created by tree stumps at the entrance. The walls are made of clay, and the interior features traditional Japanese motifs, creating a serene atmosphere reminiscent of a tea room. The experience begins with a pre-dinner drink, where a sommelier skillfully prepares liqueurs right in front of you!As a French restaurant that highlights vegetables, I was truly impressed by the journey through 62 different types of vegetables. The presentation was delightful, inviting us to pick the vegetables with chopsticks. Each of the 62 vegetables was paired with one of eight powdered dressings, and every single one was meticulously prepared, resulting in an unforgettable dish. The signature dish, the turnip, is a masterpiece that takes four hours to prepare—simply outstanding! The freshly baked bread was soft and delicious! The fish was served after being warmed over charcoal right in front of us, adding to the fun of the meal! The main dish, duck, had perfectly crispy skin and was juicy and tender—so delicious that I can't wait to have it again! The young staff were efficient and provided a comfortable dining experience, making our time there incredibly enjoyable. Before I knew it, I had spent about five hours there, completely absorbed in the delightful atmosphere and exquisite food.As expected from a Michelin three-star restaurant, the wine pairing was exceptional! I had a dreamlike experience with wonderful service, exquisite dishes, and captivating presentations.
