I visited this restaurant for a birthday lunch!I had been looking forward to coming here ever since a friend recommended it.The dishes are crafted using seasonal ingredients with a focus on fermentation.Personally, I found the fish dishes featuring conger eel and knife fish to be exceptional.This is definitely a place I want to revisit.I hesitate to share it because I don’t want it to become too popular and hard to book, but I highly recommend it! ✨
