I had the opportunity to visit Yamasei while on a business trip to Matsumoto. Although it's a bit away from the bustling downtown, the atmosphere of the restaurant was truly wonderful. The eel was absolutely delicious, and the selection of sake was equally impressive! I believe this is a must-visit restaurant at least once.
