I visited "Tonkatsu Fujii" near Senbayashi Station on the Keihan Main Line. The chicken and pork I usually eat were transformed into something extraordinary...!! I never expected the minced cutlet to be like a "drink" (laughs). And have you ever encountered a "sasa-mikatsu" that melts in your mouth? The juiciness of the meat is incredible, and the craftsmanship shines through in the breadcrumbs and frying technique! What’s more, the atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming that it doesn’t feel like a super famous restaurant at all! Not just the star of the show, the katsu, but even the white rice and miso soup were so delicious that I can hardly find the words... (^^;; My limited vocabulary can't do it justice (laughs).
