I was quite excited to see the chicken skin skewered and grilled to a crispy, cracker-like texture. The chicken skin is perfectly rendered, resulting in an exquisite crunch. Every piece of skin from the chicken parts is grilled to perfection, offering an otherworldly deliciousness. The grilling technique and seasoning are simply outstanding. Kasahara continues to evolve every year, and I can't wait to see what they do next!
