I was invited by a friend to visit this restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations of tempura. The flavors of the ingredients hidden beneath the delicate batter were all delicious and beautifully presented. The young sweetfish was adorable. The whiting was elegant. I enjoyed a shrimp tasting. The ginkgo nuts were top-notch. The squid was stunning. I could feel the warmth from the flower zucchini and corn. Starting with the grilled eggplant, everything was exceptional. The egg over rice was a delightful surprise, making for a wonderful finish with a twist. The tempura rice bowl was also fantastic. I look forward to enjoying different seasonal offerings.
