Two people (N)I visited Sushi Sohei, located about a 5-minute walk from Maruyama Park Station.Today, I learned that the head chef has been unwell and has taken a break for about two months, so the second chef prepared the sushi instead. I appreciated the thoughtful communication in advance, which made me feel the warmth of the restaurant.From the moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly staff, raising my expectations. The nigiri sushi was the most delicious I have ever had among the sushi I've tried in Hokkaido.Next time, I definitely want to enjoy sushi prepared by the head chef.
