Private reservationIt was my first visit in a while. The quality of the ingredients was as impressive as ever, and the frying technique never fails to amaze me, no matter how many times I come. Each dish was perfectly calculated in terms of the thinness of the batter, the oil temperature, and the timing.What I particularly want to highlight is the service from the staff. From the first greeting to the final farewell, they maintained a natural demeanor while providing thoughtful attention, making the dining experience even more enriching.I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
