I am truly grateful to the organizer.Reservations at A-bon are only accepted by phone on the 1st of each month, and it can be quite challenging to get through. It usually takes about 5 to 6 hours to secure a spot, which is a testament to its popularity. However, I can confidently say that this place is worth the effort.As always, we enjoyed the course meal and had plenty of refills. The fact that I didn’t feel heavy in the stomach the next morning is a testament to the quality of the ingredients and the careful frying technique.
