This sushi restaurant never fails to impress me, no matter how many times I visit. Every piece of sushi is delicious, but the ankimo (monkfish liver) at Sushi Nishizaki is truly exceptional. It's rich and creamy without being heavy, melting in your mouth the moment you take a bite.The sea urchin is also luxurious, and the balance with the rice is perfect. From the nigiri to the side dishes, everything is delicious, making me want to come back every time!
