I made a reservation and visited the restaurant, but it was a bit of a walk from the station. Perhaps that's why it's easier to get a reservation in the summer?Overall, the flavors really highlight the ingredients. While I do enjoy dishes that emphasize the ingredients, the salad was quite abundant, which made it feel less French to me. Finding the right balance can be tricky.That said, everything was delicious, and the Japanese wine was particularly exquisite. I highly recommend it!
