I visited on a weekday evening. The place was lively and fully booked, but since I had a reservation, I was able to wait a bit and get in. I planned to order various additional dishes along with the JPY 3,850 course (8 skewers + a finishing dish). Once the course started, each dish was well-seasoned, and the food was truly exquisite!However, there were some issues...- Although the course included 8 skewers, only 7 were served.- Given the crowd, it might be understandable, but the serving times for each dish were quite slow.- When I tried to place an additional order, I was told I couldn't until the course was finished, and then I was informed that the last order was called during the course.- The dishes I ordered during the last order were not served, and when the finishing dish arrived, I wondered if one of my additional orders had gone through. I was told they would check, only to find out it was out of stock...From the moment I entered, I didn't have a very good impression of the service from the part-time staff, and there were many other concerns as well. I thought, "So this is what the service charge is for..." It felt like a shame since the food was so good!The taste was exceptional!
