During my visit last year, I had the exquisite sushi made with horse mackerel that feeds on sakura shrimp, which can only be found in Suruga Bay. That’s when I fell in love with Kyogoku Zushi.✅ Appetizers (2 Assorted Dishes)... Tender boiled octopus and grilled milk clam...✅ Dishes... Additionally, the tasting of three types of white fish from Sasue Maeda Fish Shop and the perfectly cooked hōkihata sushi, which I personally consider a specialty, was outstanding! ✨ This year, I hope to revisit during the season of young sweetfish from Lake Biwa. It was a great meal.
