When it comes to high-end yakitori, I had only been to Mune in Roppongi until now. However, as someone who usually travels for ramen, I had a desire to learn more about chicken, so I made a reservation at a high-end yakitori restaurant in Oshiage.Watching the chefs seriously grill the yakitori right in front of me and tasting the carefully prepared skewers allowed me to experience their incredible grilling techniques. I was particularly impressed by the vegetables like zucchini, thick fried tofu, and shiitake mushrooms, which were served piping hot and fluffy, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. The hospitality was exceptional, as expected from a high-end establishment. Although there was no background music, the atmosphere created by the staff was not tense but rather soft and welcoming, allowing me to enjoy my meal in peace.
