Cold Small Udon + Warm EggThis is my first stop on my Kagawa Udon tour.I started at this extremely famous restaurant known for its delicious noodles.You can choose from four options: large or small, hot or cold.After getting my udon, I paid at the grocery store register.There’s a separate building outside where you can enjoy your meal, so I took my udon there.This place is all about enjoying the noodles.The surface is smooth, and the texture is incredible!You can feel the noodles pushing back as you bite into them.The firmness is just right.These noodles are quite impressive.Once finished, I returned the bowl to the register.
