I made a reservation for a JPY 9,000 lunch, and it was an incredible value for that price.The bonito was exceptionally fresh and delicious. Pairing it with beets added a nice crunch to the experience.What came out of the jewel box was a cute Ehime mikan (mandarin orange). Inside, there was foie gras, which combined with a hint of acidity made it delightful.The onion soup was enhanced with coffee, adding depth and richness to the flavor.The venison was tender and paired well with the sauce.Overall, it was a thoroughly satisfying lunch, including dessert.
