This was my first visit. I had heard rumors about how filling the dishes are, so I decided to go for four courses. For the cold appetizers, I ordered the signature sea urchin with consomme jelly, oysters, and a salad with asparagus and crab. The oysters were quite salty, but everything else was delicious. The asparagus salad was truly generous; there was so much that I couldn't finish it on my own. For the hot appetizers, the sweet bell pepper with melted mozzarella paired beautifully with the freshness of the surrounding shellfish and mitsuba (Japanese wild parsley). The fish was perfectly cooked, with crispy potatoes that had a great texture, and the meat was cooked to my liking with a very tasty sauce. I also had dessert, but I couldn't finish the baked sweets and took them home instead. I enjoyed a truly elegant moment.
