I had lunch at LATURE, a French restaurant located between Omotesando and Shibuya, right in front of Aoyama Gakuin University. I ordered the lunch course along with a pairing wine. The chef, being a hunter himself, serves delicious game that he has personally hunted. Thanks to his careful management, including proper blood removal, there was no unpleasant odor, and everything was very enjoyable to eat. Overall, it was simply delicious.
