I visited Tori Shige, a renowned yakitori restaurant in Shinjuku. I ordered the Special Course, and everything was delicious, but the standout was definitely the liver, which was cooked perfectly. The green onions were also fantastic, and the red meat was juicy and flavorful. However, the wait time for each dish was quite long. It took 30 minutes for the first dish to arrive, and over three hours for all eight dishes to be served. This might have been an isolated incident, but I would love to come back when I want to enjoy a long chat with friends.
