On a Saturday in August, I arrived just after 10 AM. To my surprise, there was no wait! I was lucky with my timing. I was asked whether I wanted my udon cold or hot, and I chose to wait in the cold line. My order came out quickly. I added some condiments and settled down to eat on a bench inside the restaurant.The texture was incredible! I've never had anything like it before. This is what Sanuki udon from Kagawa is all about! It was exactly what I was looking for! The noodles were firm yet perfectly cooked all the way through.Since I got in so quickly, I highly recommend this place if you're traveling to Kagawa.
