I made a regular visit to Sushi Shunsuke. Once again, everything was excellent, and I truly admire how they maintain such high quality without significantly raising prices amidst the current inflation. Of course, the classic dishes like octopus and ankimo (monkfish liver) are delicious, and the flavor of the saikyo-zuke (sweet miso marinated) is also fantastic. I didn’t take any photos of the nigiri because I wanted to eat them right away. I will continue to come back!
