This is one of my favorite restaurants, and this is my third visit. The course menu changes approximately every two months, which allows me to enjoy new dishes with each season. I always look forward to discovering what the new course will be. This time, from the marinated Botan shrimp in Shaoxing wine to Peking duck, Wagyu, Mapo eggplant, and the refreshing cold soba to finish, every dish exceeded my expectations. Each plate is crafted with high quality, and I am always impressed no matter how many times I visit. What stood out even more was the staff's attentiveness. When sauce accidentally got on my clothes and I was trying to wash it off in the restroom, they promptly provided a stain remover and were very kind in their assistance. It's this kind of thoughtful care that makes me want to return. Not only is the food exceptional, but the service is also outstanding, making it a place I want to bring my loved ones. I will definitely come back when the course changes in two months.
