I made a reservation through the Omakase booking site and visited on a weekday afternoon. Since it was a bit late, there were no other customers, which made the atmosphere a bit lacking. However, the eel was grilled in the Kansai style right on the spot, and it was delicious. The eel was large (and reasonably priced), providing a high level of satisfaction. While the food was indeed tasty, considering the overall atmosphere and service, I find it hard to give a high rating, and I might not return.
