In May, 1000 celebrated its 5th anniversary since opening. This month, the menu has been updated again, keeping things fresh and enjoyable.Overall, I feel that the menu has become more refined and traditional, moving away from the more eccentric offerings of the past while maintaining high quality.Additionally, during a recent event in Tokyo, they used a different type of grill than usual, which made the cooking feel slightly different from the first skewer onward. The tsukune (chicken meatball) in particular was excellent, possibly the best I've had recently.I think it would be interesting if they considered a complete renewal of the menu soon. Here are some highlights from the menu:- Odawara Onion Potage- Iburi-gakko with Cream Cheese- Cherry Blossom White Soybean Paste- Chicken Breast- Takasaka Chicken Sashimi- Takasaka Chicken Yodare Chicken- Wonton- Heart- Chouchin (Chicken Tail)- Ginkgo Nuts- Chawanmushi with Tenmame Puree- Tsukune (Chicken Meatball)- Akah (Red Meat)- Green Asparagus- Thick Fried Tofu- Liver- Elf France- Chicken Wings- Takikomi Gohan with Sakura Shrimp- Crème Brûlée with Strawberry
