【Potential for Repeat Visits】I used a private room for a birthday dinner. The private room was quite spacious, creating an intimate atmosphere for just the two of us, which allowed us to relax comfortably. It was large enough to accommodate a stroller, making it suitable for family meals, business meetings, or gatherings with friends. The ambiance was very pleasant. The pace of the food service was just right—not too fast or too slow—allowing us to enjoy our meal at a leisurely pace.Although it was described as creative French cuisine, many of the flavors were familiar to Japanese palates, giving a sense of dining on Japanese food. Nevertheless, every dish was delicious, and I was impressed by the unique combinations and creative dishes that I had never experienced before. The cauliflower, said to be the restaurant's specialty, was undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. It is worth coming here just for that. This time, the main dishes featured abalone, game meat, and lamb. Personally, I’m not very fond of abalone, so I think I would have preferred it if the main dishes had included more delicious fish or Wagyu beef. But that’s purely a matter of personal taste. For dessert, there was a unique dish that combined curry, Genghis Khan (grilled mutton), and ramen. It had a spicy flavor, and the noodles were genuinely delicious, providing an experience reminiscent of authentic Asian cuisine. It was surprisingly good. The bread was bite-sized and soaked in a generous amount of butter. While it was tasty, I found it a bit heavy to enjoy between courses. I would have appreciated some simpler bread during the meal.Overall, both the food and the atmosphere were highly satisfying. Rather than wanting to return immediately for the same course, I felt this was a place I would like to visit again when the seasons change and new ingredients and menus are introduced.
