I was lucky to secure a reservation and was really looking forward to today. However, it suddenly got cold yesterday, and I was feeling a bit under the weather, so unfortunately, I decided to skip the alcohol. (I'm really glad I didn't get a fever.)The long-awaited dishes from Onozawa are crafted with carefully selected ingredients and prepared to perfection. Each plate was not only beautiful but also incredibly delicious, making me feel truly happy as I enjoyed my meal.Moreover, it’s not just the food; Onozawa's warm personality is one of the charms of this restaurant. His sincere attitude towards cooking, along with the way he engages with each guest, makes the dining experience comfortable and enjoyable. The staff's thoughtfulness and service were also outstanding. It was a great meal!
