Traveling from Tokyo to Akita, I visited Giueme for the first time. The restaurant appears suddenly amidst fields, and both the exterior and interior are incredibly stylish. Inside, there are many beautiful flowers in vases.The meal is served as a course, with each dish carefully explained. I enjoyed a variety of delicious vegetables that emphasized local production. The dishes featuring pasture-raised pork were outstanding.The chef's wife, who was in charge of the dining area, was a truly wonderful person. Not only was the food exceptional, but I also found myself wanting to meet her again. This place is definitely one I want to visit again!
