Takamura suddenly appears in a residential area of Akita. I enjoyed my meal at the counter inside the restaurant. Each dish had a delicate flavor, and the quiet atmosphere allowed me to savor every bite. The course offered a variety of dishes, leaving me completely satisfied. The seemingly intimidating chef turned out to be friendly and shared many interesting stories. The prices here are quite reasonable compared to what I would pay in Tokyo. This is definitely a place I want to visit every season.
