This Italian restaurant in Omagari, Akita Prefecture, is a place I wanted to revisit after my first visit a few years ago, where I had an amazing meal.They use local ingredients, and not only are the materials top-notch, but the cooking skills are also exceptional. The appetizers featuring vegetables and oysters, as well as the main dish of grass-fed short-horn beef, were particularly delicious. The grilled eggplant dessert was also quite interesting.Although it's a bit challenging to get to, I definitely want to come back again.
