This yakiniku restaurant exceeded my expectations and is truly exceptional!The staff fully attended to us, grilling the meat and providing recommendations for the best ways to enjoy each cut (such as with wasabi, grated Japanese radish, or egg yolk). This was fantastic! Thanks to their guidance, I was able to savor the finest meat cooked to perfection, fully appreciating the differences in flavor between the various cuts.I was so impressed by the deliciousness that I found myself gasping in delight multiple times.Among all the cuts, I was particularly surprised by the new flavors of the outside skirt and chateaubriand!Simply amazing! I am extremely satisfied.*I have a slightly smaller appetite, but the JPY 12,800 course was just right for me. The staff and the atmosphere of the restaurant were also top-notch.
