I made a reservation here during my trip to Toyama. I booked a lunch that starts at 12:00.The garden is absolutely beautiful, with large windows that offer a view of the greenery. The chef and his apprentices greet you warmly. Each dish is quite generous in size, and I found myself feeling pretty full early on. Haha! If I were drinking, I would definitely struggle to finish everything due to the portion sizes. However, the selection of Japanese sake available was impressive. The abalone was plump and tender. The eggplant was seasoned almost solely with salt, but the dashi broth added a refined flavor. The corn rice was incredibly sweet, possibly enhanced by a touch of salt to bring out the corn's natural sweetness. They kindly packed up the leftovers for me to take home.
