I thoroughly enjoyed both the appetizers and the sushi this time as well.I made a reservation through omakase.If you register as a favorite, you'll receive notifications when seats become available, making it easier to book.I visit regularly, and I truly feel that both the appetizers and sushi evolve with each visit.This time, they served a creamy dish made from new onions, reminiscent of sesame tofu. The combination of the creamy interior and the crispy exterior was fantastic.The seasonal chawanmushi with black abalone was rich and delicious, perfectly complemented by the liver sauce on top.As for the sushi, I personally love the rice they use. I get excited every time I go.
