On special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries, I want to celebrate with Chef Takumi's exquisite dishes! I heard they recently celebrated their 10th anniversary, and I admire their constant pursuit of new challenges, which makes me want to support them even more. They always come up with creative dishes, ensuring that I never have the same meal twice. Once again, the course was incredibly delicious and did not disappoint. The venison, in particular, was outstanding. Even though I've struggled with venison for decades, I willingly chose it here. I had a fixed idea that only Rhône wines would pair well, but the sommelier suggested a 2022 Burgundy, and it was a perfect match. This lunch was truly satisfying!
