Surprisingly, this is no ordinary yakitori restaurant; it's a renowned establishment that offers the finest ingredients prepared in the best way possible!I got so caught up in the dishes that I forgot to take many photos.Overall, the food pairs wonderfully with shochu. Most dishes are seasoned with salt, while items like the liver are served with a sauce that isn’t overly sweet, allowing for a refreshing taste. The combination with Japanese pepper is outstanding. This was a culinary experience that completely redefined my concept of a yakitori restaurant!I look forward to visiting again when the seasons change.
