I was lucky to visit this area again after a long time, and it happened to be lunchtime! I was able to enjoy my meal without waiting in line. I still remember being impressed by the quality of the soba the last time I visited. If I recall correctly, the son of the owner trained at a place called Takeyabu in Kashiwa and has since upgraded the recipes. Although I haven't been eating soba frequently lately and I'm not an expert, I can confidently say that this soba is among the highest quality in Tokyo! It's truly a soba restaurant where you can experience happiness.
