Here at Tori Shige, the number one restaurant in Japan for grilled offal.* Tabelog Silver Award: 2019, 2020* Tabelog Bronze Award: 2017, 2018, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026This is a very famous and long-established restaurant, founded in 1949! The interior has been renovated and has a clean and pleasant atmosphere.Since it was a Saturday at 5:30 PM, I was able to make a reservation, but the spacious restaurant was fully packed afterward.Here’s what I ordered:- Premium 4 Dishes Course: JPY 2600- Shiro Senmai: JPY 2000- Stuffed Green Peppers: JPY 500The Shiro Senmai was the most delicious omasum I’ve ever had! The Premium 4 Dishes Course included:- Pork Heart- Premium Shiro- Kashiwa (Pork Cheek)- Pork Tsukune (Meatball)The Premium Shiro was incredibly tender and truly delicious!I’ve never had grilled offal this tasty before! This place has definitely made it onto my list of restaurants I want to visit again! It was a great meal!
