I finally managed to visit this reservation-only restaurant. It's a yakitori place that uses firewood for grilling. The entrance felt a bit like a back door, which made me a little uneasy at first. They serve an amazing variety of birds, including Takasaka chicken, Nagoya Cochin, and Hinai chicken. Not only was the portion generous, but the grilling technique was also top-notch. I made a reservation, but it turns out it's for two years later!
