The restaurant is located just straight from Tokyo Station, right near Nihonbashi Takashimaya. It doesn’t have a sign, so at first glance, you might not even realize it’s a restaurant. They use top-quality tableware, and the Sanda beef is a rare delicacy. Grilled carefully over Kishu Binchotan charcoal, it was absolutely superb. The meat was rich yet not overwhelming, making it incredibly delicious.
