After getting off at Shimonoseki Station, it’s a bit of a walk, but it’s straightforward, so I decided to walk here. The restaurant is housed in a beautifully renovated old building, situated on a hill at the top of a steep slope. From the start, they offered an impressive array of dishes that made extensive use of local vegetables and fish, as well as a strong emphasis on local ingredients for the meat.
