This restaurant does not accept reservations, and once they reach a certain number of servings, they sell out. It's quite a challenging place to visit since they only operate during lunch hours, but I made the effort to go. Fortunately, due to the less-than-ideal weather, I arrived 30 minutes early and was able to get in for the first round. The unagi was incredibly fluffy and absolutely wonderful. If this place were nearby, I would definitely become a regular!
