I finally had the chance to visit Numata, a restaurant that everyone in Osaka recommends for tempura. This area usually has very few places open during the day, so I truly appreciate that they offer lunch service. I started with the shrimp, and they serve incredible ingredients, some of which are cooked to a perfect medium-rare. Osaka really is amazing!
